Yes. For larger businesses we offer post-payment with a monthly consolidated invoice — one invoice for everything sent in the month, with EHF support.

Is there a setup cost or commitment period?

Accepted Answer

No. Glede has no setup cost, no monthly fixed fee, and no commitment period. You only pay for the gift cards you actually send — 3% of the gift amount, minimum 25 NOK / 25 SEK per card.

What does it cost to send a 1,000 NOK gift card?

Accepted Answer

A 1,000 NOK gift card has a 30 NOK service fee (3% of the amount). VAT is added on the service fee, not on the gift amount itself. Sending to 100 employees would cost 100,000 NOK in gift cards + 3,000 NOK in service fees + VAT on the fees.

What happens if a recipient never uses the gift card?

Accepted Answer

The recipient has one year to activate the card, then a fee-free year from activation. The business is not refunded if the recipient never uses the card — once sent, ownership of the gift card has transferred to the recipient.

Which payment methods do you support for the business?

Accepted Answer

Businesses can pay by card, Swish Företag, or invoice. Invoices are sent as EHF, e-faktura, or PDF, with 14, 30, or 60-day payment terms by agreement.
